Berry Pound Cake Parfaits
Prepare this classic parfait recipe using your favorite pound cake.
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 package (10.75 ounces) frozen Sara Lee® Frozen Pound Cake, thawed
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 cups cold milk
- 3 cups assorted berries (such as sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
- 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
- Cut pound cake into 1-inch cubes.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Layer pound cake, berries, pudding and whipped topping alternately in 8 dessert or wine glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes: 8 servings (1 layered parfait each)
