    New York Style Classic Cheesecake

    Cooking Instructions:

    • Storage: Frozen
    • Serve: Thawed

    SERVING DIRECTIONS:

    Store cheesecake frozen until ready to use.

    1. Remove cheesecake from carton.
    2. Slit and remove plastic overwrap.
    3. If thawing in microwave, leave parchment collar on cake and thaw as directed. Remove parchment collar after thawing. If thawing at room temperature, remove parchment collar before thawing. Thaw as directed.
    4. Slice cheesecake after thawed.

    IMPORTANT! LIFT TAB TO REMOVE PARCHMENT COLLAR. SLICE ONLY WHEN THAWED.

    For an even creamier texture, let slices stand an additional 10 minutes before serving. Unused cheesecake portions should be returned to the freezer OR may be held refrigerated for up to 5 days.

    Cover unused thawed portions and refrigerate; use within 4 days.

    Do not refreeze or hold at room temperature.
